Fisher Investments is a different kind of investment firm. We don’t come from Wall Street, and we’re proud to do things differently than others in the industry. We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.

We are a fee-only investment adviser, serving private clients, small- to mid-sized businesses, and institutional investors globally. Our Fisher difference starts with a focus on doing what is best for our clients. For us, there is nothing more important than our clients’ peace of mind when it comes to their futures.

For over 40 years, we have worked in our clients’ best interests by thinking and acting independently. Our personalized approach, commitment to serving our clients, and our investing experience make us unique in our industry. We have grown rapidly over the years, and now have more than 5,000 employees and 14 global offices. Our four Fisher business units serve more than 130,000 clients (as of February 27, 2023).

  • US Private Client Group: This group manages money for US high-net-worth individuals and families who value professional experience to guide their investment management strategy.

Private Client Group International: This business unit serves high-net-worth individuals and families outside of the United States. We help clients meet their long-term financial goals with high touch client service and tailored portfolios.

  • Institutional Group: Fisher Investments has a long history of managing assets for institutions, including corporations, pension funds, endowments, and other organizations globally.

  • 401(k) Solutions: This group provides retirement plan services to small and mid-sized businesses in the US, while helping their employees plan for a dignified retirement.

As a fiduciary, we strive to put our clients first. For example, our Private Client Groups take a personalized approach to each client’s portfolio, tailoring our work to their unique needs and goals, so they have the confidence that we are putting their priorities first. We use third-party custodians, and we do not sell products for a commission.

Another Fisher difference is the separation of our sales, client service, and operations roles. In 1995, we developed this specialized approach focused on our private clients. This practice is better for our clients as well as our employees and helps drive our growth and success. With specialized roles, employees are empowered to become subject-matter experts. They can concentrate on the work they do best while providing outstanding service that helps meet our clients’ needs and helps them meet their long-term financial goals.

At Fisher Investments, our client service is focused on providing white glove service, not additional sales. This clear focus is also what makes Fisher a better place to work. We’re proud to do things differently as we work to better the investment universe.
