Are you excited by the idea of working in the world of global payroll? Fisher Investments' Global Payroll team is currently seeking an analyst to join our team supporting the firm's global growth initiatives while also supporting employees across Fisher's European divisions.

The Opportunity:

As a Global Payroll Analyst you will process payroll, complete audits, perform reconciliations and coordinate with finance and human resources. Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will work with a dynamic payroll team supporting employees across the globe. Utilising your expertise, you will have the opportunity to review processes and make strategic recommendations to increase efficiency and ensure quality. You will also partner closely with team members in corporate finance and human capital to maintain standards and consistency across the firm.

The Day-to-Day:

•Administer payroll and taxes for global operations

•Maintain employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions

•Audit, analyse and identify inconsistencies between HR and Payroll systems

•Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed

•Establish and maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes

•Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across the business

•Assist with ongoing evaluations and the improvement of payroll processes

•Participate in payroll projects to support team initiatives

Your Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Native/Fluent German and English Skills
