If you’re a college student who’s interested in launching an exciting career, Fisher Investments’ University Recruiting Team is a great connection! This team has partnerships with more than 30 universities globally. They participate in college career fairs and host more than 175 in-person and virtual events each semester including professional development presentations, networking events, diversity and inclusion panels, and more.

“Our role is connecting college students with opportunities, serving as a resource to students seeking professional development advice, and further educating students on Fisher,” said Early Talent Recruiting Specialist Sarah A. About 30 percent of the firm’s entry-level hiring comes from the University Recruiting Team’s efforts. “We see the value of early talent and want to hire students right out of college,” said Early Talent Recruiting Program Manager Aubrey S. “At Fisher, we promote lifelong careers.”

All majors are welcome at Fisher Investments, and the University Recruiting Team is proof of this. The team comes from a variety of backgrounds, and many started at the firm in entry-level roles. This dedicated group includes a Team Leader, Early Talent Recruiting Specialists, Program Managers, an Analyst, and a University Programs and Engagement Manager who coordinates Fisher’s summer internship program.

We look forward to meeting you at a campus near you!
